My iPhone 7P gets overheated when charging. It also heats up when playing video or in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds!!!!!

Confirm whether it's a software problem.
Try to replace with a new battery. You also can check the heated area on the logic board. Rails on the board might get shorted.
