iPad 3 wont turn on after Battery change

A Customer brought an iPad she stopped using for a long while.
when I placed it on Charge the battery indication showed charging fora while and stopped.
I replaced battery but wont turn on.
any help please

There are many reasons may lead to the problem. In this case, most likely:
- The battery might not be activated. Please try to check the working voltage of the battery to see if it works normally;
- Try to check the power supply IC and replace it with a new one.
