iphone 4s error 29 while updating device and it is stucked itunes logo i was changed battery but still problem facing and checked for battery connector resistors are good

I bought my first iPhone from the first payment of my project coursework writing service UK and that was 4s. I still have that phone with me because I have emotional attachment with it. I now use iPhone 7 but there is some charing issue with it, can anyone help me through this?
