iPhone 6 Plus power on then off

Have a 6 Plus that turns on, apple logo appears amps look good, then is hits off.
Is this a cpu issue? Will reflow help this or is a reball needed?

you can try to restart it and wait a few days to see if this is a software problem or a hardware problem.

It may be caused by the baseband PMU pseudo soldered.
