iPhone 7 microphones not working during calls only

I have an iPhone 7 which has microphones not working only during calls but all microphones works in video and all other apps. The iphone had a cracked baseband pmu ic which didn’t make it boot. It had a short bootloop. I changed it then it boots correctly but had microphones problem. I already change audio ic and i made c12 jumper. iPhone boots correctly and fast but microphones still not working during calls. I took off audio ic again and I made four jumper than I put a new ic bust still microphones don’t work only during calls. Any suggestions please?
