IPhone 7 Plus run out of storage and switched off.

Hi.
My iPhone 7 Plus was completely out of storage, I tried deleting items but the phone didn’t register. So I decided to switch if off and restart it. Only showed the Apple logo for 2 days and now changed to the recovery mode screen. I can’t update it to a new firmware because of the recovery mode. Do you think the NAND is damaged? Obviously I don’t wanna lose any data. Any help or advice, please?
