iPhone 7+ slow charge

iPhone 7+ is charging really really slowly. Is there a problem with the battery? I have used the iPad power adapter to charge the phone for like a month. I was wondering if this will be the cause. PLZ, any suggestions?

dude, it's not suggested to charge your phone with an iPad charger. Your battery might get damaged, try to replace with a new one.
