iphone 8 does not recognize charging cable at all.

i have an iphone 8 which has charging problem that the phone does not recognize charging cable at all, no vibration feedback, there is no sign of charging when you plug charging cable. Also, it does not trigger to power on when you plug charging cable when it is power off and battery percentage is higher than %5. Do you guys have any suggestion? i checked external accessories like battery and dock and changed hydra ic. nothing changed, still same problem.
