iPhone no service

The phone is a 7 Plus, I’ve done the steps on apple's website still to no avail. Put it in recovery mode, updated and restored it, still nothing. Inserted a SIM card, still says No Service with or without a SIM card.

If it is a Qualcomm version iPhone 7+ it needs its Baseband PMU reballed most likely possibly Baseband CPU reballed. If it is the Intel version it needs the Baseband CPU reballed. There is a somewhat small change that the Baseband needs to be replaced but that is not possible without changing a ton of other board components but is rare on the Plus models.
