Iphone x completely dead

Hi,
I am working on an iphone x Intel logicboard. I tried to boot up with the dc power supply, but the phone draws 0.00A when prompted to boot. Defenetly not shorted. I separated the layers and tried only withthe upper layer, but it still the same 0.00A. I used the multimeter amd found out that I have vdd_main 3.87v(as on the dc power supply), I also have 1v8_always and I also have 1.2v on the pp_vref line. I suspect that the problem is with U2700 as it is not givong the signal to initialise to the cpu and nand, but I’m not sure about this.
