iPhone X no sound in Ringer

Hi! my iPhone X is not giving the sound from ringer at all. I tried with changing flex and reset the phone but it's still not working but I notice that customer was using battery charging case with the phone and according to him it's just stop working and i noticed that another option to adjust the Ringer volume with the volume buttons also not working.

It may be caused by the logic board pseudo soldered or the Audio IC damaged of iPhone X. Need to resolder the logic board or changing the audio IC with a new one.
