My iPhone XS becomes unresponsive one day. Nothing happened. It gives no response, no matter what I do. I tried to wake it up by touching the screen and it remained off all the time. Could it be a coincidence? I just bought it a month ago...

force restart your iPhone XS with these steps:
- Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
- Then press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
- Finally, press and hold the Side/Power button until the Apple logo appears.
