Macbook Air A1466, wont turn on

I have a macbook air A1466 that won't turn on. The green light when put magsafe and turns to orange. But no display and no fan spin. I have followed the steps of one of the videos posted for macbook air dead with crocroach but no results. Can I have a step guide what are the basic components to test and their value ?
