My phone does not ring or vibrate when reciving a call.

Hi, My phone has a strange issue that it will not ring or vibrate when receiving a call. I have checked all the usual things i.e. the mute switch is not on, do not disturb is not on, it is not in headphone mode. I can answer the call and hear the caller both on the earpiece and speaker. Anyone any ideas???

Please tell us what is your devices(version)? iPhone 7,8, X...

try this:
1. restart your phone.
2. reinstall iOS on your iPhone (make sure you have a current backup in either iTunes or iCloud)
3. it may be a hardware related problem. you need to check the vibrator/audio amplifier IC and relevant circuits
