Why my replacement iPhone battery didn't show correct health?

My previous battery health only shows 88%, so I bought a new battery online. But after I replace a new one it still show 88%. That's so weird, please could u do me a favor?

Please check if your phone system is iOS13beta6 or iOS 13beta7 , please upgrade it to the latest system iOS13beta8 ，and then replace the battery.
