Network or service problems can lead to the situation.
1. Try to restart your device.
2. Go to the Apple System Status page to see if the Apple ID service in your country or region has an interrupt.
3. If possible, please change the network environment and try to sign in again. For example, you can try to switch from the Wi-Fi to the cellular data network and try to sign in.
4. If there is no use in changing the network, you can try to reset network settings: Go to "Settings" - "General" - "Reset" - "Reset Network Settings". This operation does not erase data in the device, but will erase all currently stored network settings, including Wi-Fi passwords, preferred networks, and VPN settings.
If you or others enter your password or other account information incorrectly many times, Apple may disable your account for security reasons, and you need to reset your password to get access.
If you see any of the following information, your Apple ID is automatically locked to protect your account security, and you cannot sign in to any Apple service:
"For safety reasons, this apple ID has been disabled"
"You can't sign in, because your account has been disabled for security reasons."
"For safety reasons, this apple ID has been locked"
You can go to the Apple ID Account Management page to reset your password. If you accidentally forget your password, you can also try to reset it on this page.
If you have a crash after signing in the Apple ID or get stuck in an endless loop when trying to sign in, you can try to back up your important data, update the device to the latest system version, and then try to sign in.
